Q. I want to advertise my machine on www.turfdealer.co.uk. How do I do that?
A. First, visit the Account Login page, existing members log in, or new members register to create a new account.
Once registered, placing a listing with us could not be easier. If logged in simply click the Continue button at the bottom of the page and then fill out our online form. Once submitted you will be redirected to our secure PayPal payment gateway where upon completion of payment your listing will be activated and will be displayed in the listing pages for the duration specified.
Q. Can I change my advert once it is live?
A. Adverts can only be altered by turfdealer administrators, if you have a problem and require alterations to your advertisement, please use the contact page to request the necessary changes. *Please remember to quote your advertisement reference and machine make and type.
If you decide to re-list your advert once it has expired, the content of the advert can be edited before being re-submitted. This can be done from the members area.
Please check all details are correct before placing your advert.
Q. What if I want the advert on www.turfdealer.co.uk for longer?
A. You will be sent a reminder email a few days before your advert expires, you can then follow the instructions to re-submit your advert.
Q. I don't own a digital camera, how can I submit pictures for my advert?
A. You can send photographs to our offices for scanning and we will submit your advert for you, please include a contact name & number with the photograph and we will contact you regarding advert text and payment.
If you use a mobile telephone equipped with a camera, you can text the photo to us and we will submit your advert for you, please include a contact name & number within the text and we will contact you regarding advert text and payment.

Q. Do I need a Paypal account to pay online?
A. No, Turf Dealer uses a business Paypal account, this means that as well as accepting payments through Paypal, we can also accept payments from most major credit cards.
Q. I don't have a credit card, how can I pay to place an advert?
A. You can send us a cheque for the relevant amount made payable to Turf Dealer, please include a contact name & number with the cheque and we will contact you regarding advert text. You will also need to send us a photograph if applicable.

Q. I need a VAT receipt for the advertisement I have placed, can you supply one?
A. Yes, once the payment has been processed, we will email a VAT invoice to the email address on your account record. If you require a hard copy, please use the form on the contact page and we will forward one accordingly.
Q. I can't find the answer to my question, how can I contact you?
A. Simple, fill in and submit the form on the 'Contacts page' describing your problem or question and we will reply as soon as possible.
Remember to include all necesary contact details.
